Task Order Project Management

Overview:

Paragon Technology Group is seeking a proven Task Order Project Manager to lead and coordinate the DLA JCXS sustainment and development support team. The selected candidate will serve as the single point of accountability to the Government for task order execution, managing scope, schedule, and resources across a high-visibility, mission-critical program.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as primary liaison between the JCXS Program Management Office, Contracting Officer's Representative, and project team.

* Develop and maintain the Task Order Project Management Plan, schedules, staffing plans, and deliverable tracking.

* Oversee execution of all PWS tasks (core sustainment, maintenance, development, IA, and PM support).

* Manage cross-functional teams in an agile and multi-environment delivery model.

* Conduct program status meetings, briefings, and reporting per PWS requirements.

* Ensure timely submission of contract deliverables and compliance with quality standards and security requirements.

Required Qualifications:

* Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent recognized certification (DAWIA PM, SAFe, Master Black Belt, etc.).

* 5+ years' project management experience in IT or consulting, with 5+ years' leadership experience.

* Experience in contingency contracting and/or with DoD contingency acquisition tools.

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 4 additional years of experience.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

* Active DoD Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience managing distributed/remote teams for DoD software sustainment programs.

* Familiarity with DLA JETS IDIQ and JCXS functional areas.
