Information Management Specialist

Overview:

Paragon Technology Group seeks a mission-oriented IT Management Specialist to provide program management and IT service optimization expertise for the DLA JCXS program. This role provides operational oversight, benchmarking, and process improvement support for IT service delivery in a global contingency contracting system environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT service improvement initiatives and benchmarking assessments across the JCXS program.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders to analyze current service delivery and identify best practices.
• Track, manage, and report on program milestones, technical initiatives, and user adoption KPIs.
• Support lifecycle planning for system upgrades, patches, and infrastructure improvements.
• Facilitate collaboration between functional and technical teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and IT service catalogs for the JCXS program office.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in contingency contracting and/or managing contingency acquisition tools.
• 2+ years in IT management, benchmarking, or IT service delivery oversight.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years additional work experience.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Project.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with DoD IT governance frameworks and DLA IT standards.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Advana, or similar ITSM/data visualization tools.
