Your role
As an Order Coordinator, you are responsible for prioritizing and distributing incoming customer requests via phone, fax, email, and internet. Log and distribute all orders, quotes, and requests accurately while maintaining positive relationships with customers and team members. Report to the Order Management Supervisor
You will:
  • Monitor incoming orders and distribute them to the Order Management Team.
  • Log and distribute POs, RFQs, and E-shop orders, filing soft copies to the Network.
  • Run SDO1 reports to monitor daily order entry and update logs with sales order numbers.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and fax promptly and professionally.
  • Create new customer accounts in SAP and upload documents to the Network.
  • Log and manage Demo paperwork, updating the log and uploading to the Network.
  • Distribute customer requests for estimates to the Sales department.
  • Send daily reports via email as needed.
  • Monitor the door for guests and inform colleagues of arrivals.
  • Support customers and Order Management with documentation inquiries.
  • Work in C4C to close Won quotes.
  • Meet or exceed company and department KPIs.
To succeed, you will need

  • Associate degree in business, marketing, or engineering, plus one year experience or three years in order management or customer service.
  • Positive customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Flexible work schedule.
  • Team spirit is essential.
