Nestle USA, Inc. seeks Senior Manager Brand Marketing (multiple positions) in Arlington, VA

Duties: Responsible for setting brand strategy, optimizing the marketing mix, and leading the creation of impactful creative assets and to drive engagement across our consumers' decision journeys. Lead communications strategy development and execution across the marketing. Design personalized consumer experiences and tell compelling stories wherever and whenever content is consumed. Work with internal teams and external media agencies to develop marketing strategies and plans. Partner with Sales and Customers to execute best-in-class strategy and win the sale in an omni-channel environment. Manage projects on time and on budget as well as exhibits decision-making abilities around investment alternatives that mitigate risk and maximize return. Coach team on critical thinking by analyzing data and synthesizing learning into insights, strategic direction and action to drive innovation in media mix decisions and strong business results. Provide day-to-day coaching to direct reports and build management routines that unlock high performance. Manage Nestle's Ways of Winning (Speed, Agility, Collaboration, and Courage) with direct reports and colleagues, leading by example to motivate and inspire direct reports and cross-functional teams supporting the brand to win with consumers.

Requirements:

Job requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertisements, Public Relations or Related fields plus Seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or in Brand Marketing. Required experience must include each of the following:

  • 7 years of experience in end-to-end brand development;
  • 7 years of experience in delivering short- and long-term brand expansion;
  • 7 years in guiding online communication campaigns;
  • 7 years of experience developing strategic brand and product plans;
  • 7 years of experience in managing large consumer marketing budget and media investment decisions;
  • 7 years of driving innovation and renovation projects from ideation to launch;
  • 7 years of full P&L ownership;
  • 5 years of experience in people management;
  • 3 years of Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) experience;
  • 3 years of experience working with global eCommerce guidelines.
