Responsibilities

Join Keysight's central Data & Analytics organization as a key leader in the Growth Insights team. In this role, you will lead a team and collaborate across the organization to apply Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Generative AI techniques to uncover insights and drive data-informed growth strategies across Keysight's hardware, software, and services portfolio.

You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and strategy teams to support enterprise-wide growth initiatives, reporting to a senior leader within the Data & Analytics organization.

Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership and Talent Development

  • Manage, coach, and grow a high-performing team of analysts and / or machine learning engineers, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Provide technical direction, architectural oversight, and career mentorship.
  • Define team objectives and success metrics aligned with enterprise priorities.

2. Program Execution and Delivery

Lead and guide a team to:

  • Analyze Growth Opportunities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to explore complex growth challenges using data analytics, predictive modeling, and Gen AI tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop AI-Enhanced Dashboards: Build and maintain dynamic, Gen AI-powered dashboards and reporting tools that provide foresight and prescriptive recommendations to business teams.
  • Support ML Model Deployment: Assist in the implementation and monitoring of machine learning models for use cases such as sales recommendations, churn prediction, and financial forecasting.
  • Enable Agentic AI Solutions: Contribute to the development and testing of Agentic AI workflows that automate growth-related tasks across platforms like Salesforce, Hubspot, Eloqua, and Oracle Cloud.
  • Collaborate on Data Infrastructure: Work with Data Engineering to ensure data pipelines and architecture support scalable, AI-native analytics solutions.
  • Promote Data Literacy: Help maintain the enterprise data catalog and support internal data literacy initiatives by enabling self-service analytics and sharing best practices.
  • Deliver Executive Insights: Prepare data visualizations and summaries that support strategic decision-making by senior leadership, including the Chief Data & Analytics Officer.

3. Functional & Cross-Domain Focus

  • Align initiatives with key business domains such as Sales (lead scoring, renewals), Service (case triage), Finance (forecasting), Order Fulfillment (ETA, risk), and Supply Chain (inventory planning, logistics optimization).
  • Collaborate with business owners to prioritize high-impact Business Intelligence use cases and ensure adoption and value realization.

4. Technology & Architecture Oversight

  • Partner with data platform and infrastructure teams to scale BI platforms and ML solutions using Snowflake, Datarobots, and enterprise cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Ensure ML models integrate seamlessly with business systems such as Salesforce, Oracle Fusion Cloud, and other operational tools.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics)
  • 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science, , with 3+ years in a technical leadership or management capacity.
  • Expert analytical skills to translate data into business insights
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, managing multiple priorities to deliver data driven business intelligence and/or solutions.
  • Strong communications skills and affinity for data storytelling and data storyboards to communicate the 'why'
  • Significant experience with Generative AI and Machine Learning concepts and tools
  • Proven experience building and deploying machine learning solutions in production environments.
  • Proficient in Python or R, and SQL queries
  • Highly experienced with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting business functions such as Sales, Finance, or Supply Chain with applied ML.
  • Strong understanding of MLOps practices, model lifecycle management, and pipeline automation.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and enterprise data tools (Snowflake, dbt, Matillion).
  • Exposure to enterprise platforms such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.

California Pay range: $167,810.00 - $306,870.00

Colorado pay range: $155,370.00 - $258,950.00

District of Columbia pay range: $155,370.00 - $258,950.00

Hawaii pay range: $155,370.00 - $258,950.00

Illinois pay range: $155,370.00 - $258,950.00

Maryland pay range: $167,810.00 - $279,680.00

Massachusetts pay range: $167,810.00 - $279,680.00

Minnesota pay range: $155,370.00 - $258,950.00

New Jersey City pay range: $167,810.00 - $279,680.00

New York pay range: $184,120.00 - $306,870.00

Vermont pay range:$155,370.00 - $258,950.00

Washington state pay range: $155,370.00 - $258,950.00

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
