Job Summary We are seeking a Consumables Product Manager to lead our consumables product portfolio across all
products within the Analytical Instruments portfolio. Guided by the company strategic plan, the ideal
candidate will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our consumables products while
ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This role gathers and prioritizes market
requirements from customers and understands our competitors to be able to define, develop, and
release offerings across Life Science, Semiconductor, Industrial and Environmental markets in line with
product strategy from the broader product management team. The Consumables Product Manager
collaborates with sales, service, and marketing teams to promote adoption of the products, facilitate
enhancements, provide training, execute competitive analysis, and generate marketing collateral. This
role is also responsible for maintaining accurate system information for existing offerings, collaborating
with cross-functional teams to implement new offerings aligned with existing instrumentation, and
developing or updating sales quoting tools in SalesForce. The position reports directly to a manager in Product Management, and is a Hybrid position located in Boulder,
Colorado, USA. Key Characteristics

Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other product managers to develop and release new offerings that align with our core product strategy.
- This will include participation in New Product Introductions (NPIs) for associated product offerings as well as optimizing existing offerings based on internal and external feedback.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Aftermarket Management to support commercial opportunities and execute action plans.
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers, competitors, internal stakeholders, and market trends and translate those into credible business plans that serve as the basis for product enhancement efforts and other initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted expert for sales and aftermarket teams by delivering content, training, and support to enable customer success.
- Manage critical communications on the initiatives assigned, ensuring that customer and business needs are embedded in messaging as the product evolves.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for consumables products, analyzing data to drive decision-making and optimize product performance.
- Travel to existing and potential customer locations globally to conduct market research to develop an in-depth, real-world understanding of the applications where Veolia instruments and instrument data are used.
- Use this voice of customer (VOC) information to drive the development of differentiated portfolio that customers value.
- Develop and execute the product strategy for consumables, aligning with overall company goals, market demands, and instrument product strategy.

Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience in a technical or business role
- Additionally, minimum of 5 years professional experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., product management, services, applications, or sales)
Preferred:
- Experience with analytical instrumentation and accompanying consumables in a Life Science environment
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to instrument validation and maintenance
- Experience managing a consumables portfolio in a life science or biotechnology organization.
- Resourceful to use tools, ideas, and best practices to solve problems through creative, out of the box thinking
- Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce

- Compensation - The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range:$107,000 - $135,000 USD
