Specific Job Description:

*Manages site-focused facilities, maintenance, Logistics, and training operations disciplines related to the JRTC.

*Works with team to deconflict and align scheduled, preventive, and corrective maintenance for all applicable devices with the implementation of comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific functional area at the site they are responsible for. Works with Site Manager, and Integrators/IPT Leads to resource and support surge as needed, including in support of major training exercises.

*Acts as a mentor and coach to field operations personnel, providing one-on-one guidance, support, and feedback. Serves as JRTC Project Manager.

General Job Description:

• Works with CTC Site Manager and Integrators/IPT Leads to resource and support surge as needed, including in support of major training exercises.
• Coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and Field Operations personnel.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

• Supports PMO with TDP development.
• May oversee TDP performance areas.
• Participates in reoccurring program and customer meetings
• Uses approved control systems and reports that accurately measure progress, identifies potential problems in sufficient time for corrective action to be taken and ensures the meeting of company's contract commitments.
• Advises Field Ops team of program responsibilities and obligations, ensure compliance with policies and procedures addressing programmatic matters.
• Develops customer and program partnerships and acts as a mentor and coach to field operations personnel, providing one-on-one guidance, support, and feedback.

(10+BA/BS or 5+MA/MS) or (14+AA/No Degree).
