Are you our next Subject Matter Expert

We are seeking a dynamic Subject Matter Expert (SME) to represent the Atlas Copco brand onsite at our customer, Tesla. In this pivotal role, you will engage directly with our customer to optimize their torque tools and fastening equipment, making a tangible impact on their operations

What You'll Do:

• Be a Brand Ambassador: Interface with our customer to promote Atlas Copco's commitment to excellence in torque tools and fastening solutions.
• Perform Maintenance: Carry out preventative maintenance and ensure tools are calibrated and operating at peak efficiency.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any tooling and production challenges that arise, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot and Repair Tools: Diagnose, repair, and maintain Atlas Copco tools and equipment to ensure continued operation and performance

You will report directly to the Site Manager and work onsite daily at Tesla's Austin, TX facility. This opening is on 3rd shift, 6pm-4:30am Monday through Thursday.

• Experience: 2-3 years in a production environment with manufacturing automation, assembly tooling, or data collection systems.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Strong troubleshooting abilities
• Customer-Focused: Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to read and comprehend schematics. Proficiency in MS Office, networking, and database systems.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
