Duties and Responsibilities	Performs research experiments with appropriate controls under the direct supervision of Principal Investigator. Analyzes and interprets data from experiments. Maintains overall lab organization including ordering supplies, preparing reagents, monitoring equipment and compliance with safety regulations. Trains students and other staff in research protocols and lab rules. Attends weekly journal clubs, department seminars and lab meetings. Presents research results at national and local meetings. Performs related duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience	Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education.
Qualifications	Master's degree in Biology or Physical Science 1-2 years of previous job-related experience.
