Responsibilities Job Summary The Business Intelligence Developer designs, develops, and maintains business intelligence solutions that promotes data driven decision making across the organization under the direction of Senior Developers or Leads. The Developer works collaboratively with business and clinical stakeholders, business analysts, technical support teams and leadership to design and deploy analytic solutions that support operational, clinical, and financial performance improvement. The incumbent utilizes critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills to create data models, subject area marts, reports, data visualizations, and self-service tools that meet customer needs.
