• Utilizes business intelligence development tools to design, deploy, and maintain data models, extracts, subject area marts, stored procedures, and self-service reporting tools that support organization wide data driven activities under supervision.
• Develops and maintains reports, data visualizations, and interactive dashboards that meet customer needs.
• Maintains regular written and verbal communications with key stakeholders and leadership to support the design, implementation, validation and governance of business intelligence solutions.
• Supports the department in maintaining electronic medical record business intelligence data models, functions, and reports, including upgrades.
• Documents technical/business specifications, performs testing and data validation to support data governance and maintenance of business intelligence solutions.
• Performs data analysis to support organization clinical, financial, and operational performance improvement initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Informatics, or related discipline. - Preferred
• Associate's Degree or 2 years' work related experience - Required

• 1 year SQL query development - Preferred
• 1 year Data visualization development using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar software - Preferred
• 1 year of experience working with healthcare data - Preferred
• 2 years of experience in data modeling, report development, data reporting, or data analysis - Preferred

• Epic Clarity Data Model(s) Certification - Preferred
• Must take Epic's Clarity Data Model training and successfully gain initial certifications within three attempts. Epic training will be given upon hiring. - Required
