Outside Machinist Instructor - 1st Shift
Overview This instructor position is responsible for conducting classroom and hands on training of Electric Boat's Outside Machinist within the shipyard and NRMD. This will include, but not limited to, nuclear outside machinist courses, cleanliness controls, and reactor plant trade skills. They will be required to follow approved lesson plans, perform examinations and evaluations of student performance, and provide documentation via written certification or computer database entry. Other duties include the development of training packages, participation in training exercises (drills), and conducting jobsite training validations. Applicant will be expected to:
