Job Title: Engineering Technical Services Manager FLSA: Exempt Grade: 90 Department: 416 Engineering Mgt. Reports To: Sr. Director, New Products & Engineering Revised Date: July 16, 2025 Role Summary This role functions as an 'integrator' responsible for aligning the lab and shop resources, priorities, and tools to match the needs of new product development and continuous product improvement efforts. This role will lead and manage the testing and fabrication technical teams, translating engineering requirements into practical lab and shop solutions. Ensure both teams are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to effectively support the engineering initiatives. This role will serve as a liaison between engineering and the manufacturing team to support product qualification needs through lab and shop resources. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,100 - $149,700, with bonus eligibility when applicable.
