The Opportunity

As a member of the Buying Programs organization, you will work in close partnership with multiple teams to prioritize and drive projects that are top-of-mind to improve our customer's experience by changing the way we sell. This is an outstanding opportunity to collaborate with other product, engineering, go-to-market, and sales teams, in addition to all supporting functions in Finance and Operations, to drive impact for the end customer.

This position requires someone who can jump from high-level strategic problem-solving to execution seamlessly. The ideal candidate will also have the business savvy to understand the appropriate considerations needed for thoughtful decision-making, has a strong internal drive, and has a track record of driving projects from end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop 6-9+ month roadmaps and build cases to prioritize (and re-prioritize) work against the roadmap. Drive product feature planning and technical requirements definition while focusing on timely delivery of value.
  • Lead cross-functional projects by providing project leadership from inception to delivery. Drive ground-breaking, customer-impacting initiatives by translating long-term strategies into solutions.
  • Work in Jira, wiki, and other collaborative tools to lead project status and working meetings, evaluate risks and issues, and overall solution delivery.
  • Connect with customers on an ongoing basis to clearly understand their needs and problems. Have a detailed understanding of business and product strategy to influence decision making, business rationale, and key findings to customers at different levels across the organization.

Needed to succeed:

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree and/or an advanced degree in a related field or equivalent practical.
  • 1 - 3+ years of full-time, meaningful, and relevant work experience; experience in product management within the quoting and contracting space is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to be able to coordinate complicated projects.
  • Detailed knowledge of B2B customer needs, how sales teams work, and experience in running end-to-end lifecycles working closely with engineering teams.
  • Ability to focus on details while maintaining the big picture view and can efficiently adapt to an evolving business. A problem solver who can resolve the best way to address the issues at hand while planning for the future.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $102,000 -- $197,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
