Schedule: 7:00am - 4:30pm

Pay: $24/hr.

Essential Tasks:



  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facility and equipment, including HVAC, oil mist extractors, solvent cleaning machines, and machine tools.
  • Handle disposal of metal scrap, coolant mixing/dispensing, and lubrication of machinery.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility, performing janitorial tasks such as floor scrubbing, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and demolition.
  • Safely operate and maintain equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and janitorial machines.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and complete assigned maintenance tasks efficiently, including during facility shutdowns.


Qualifications:



  • Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, and various maintenance trades.
  • Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions and apply problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled in using PPE, basic arithmetic, and completing tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Effective verbal and written communication in English.
