Maintenance Planner

Are you a skilled maintenance professional ready to step into a strategic planning role? Staffmark is hiring a Maintenance Planner to support a top-performing maintenance team. This role is essential in ensuring efficient maintenance execution, improving equipment reliability, and supporting continuous improvement through SAP and predictive strategies.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20 - $27/hr (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule maintenance work orders with a focus on safety, efficiency, and minimal downtime
• Optimize SAP PM maintenance processes and ensure accurate documentation
• Maintain and manage inventory of spare parts
• Collaborate with operations and planning teams to reduce downtime and improve workflow
• Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs to identify areas for improvement
• Support audits, vendor coordination, and daily maintenance needs

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in a maintenance environment (Resin plant experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of DCS systems, root cause analysis, and FMEA
• Proficiency in SAP PM and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project)
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with the Brady Safety Program is a plus
