Trust Business Specialist II
The Trust Department is growing! We are seeking a talent to join our dynamic and collaborative team to help carry us even further, we're searching for an experienced data analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in all aspects of data analytics, including mining, generation, and visualization. Additionally, this person should be committed to transforming data into readable, goal-oriented reports that drive innovation and growth. Preferred but not required knowledge and understanding of Trust Data.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
  • Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders or yourself, with an eye on what drives business performance, and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency and productivity.
  • Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources.
  • Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods and tools within the defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution.
  • Collaborate in a cross-functional manner with other Trust business specialist withing the team while supporting all Trust line of business.
  • Support medium to large projects including management reporting, regulatory reporting and other.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics
  • 3 or more years of experience mining data as a data analyst
  • 3 years of experience with strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • 3 years of experience in technical writing in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations
  • 3 years of experience with a strong knowledge with reporting packages (Business Objects, Power BI, etc.), databases (SQL, etc.), programming XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks) and familiarity with Python R or an equivalent data wrangling tool
  • 3 years of experience with working in a team and supporting a line of business
  • 1 year of experience in business knowledge of Trust data and Trust terminology
  • Experience utilizing Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.

Work Best Category: Category C - Days in the office will either be designated days or will vary week to week from 2-5 days Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday Salary: To Be Determined Based on Individual Experience
