Assisting COSAM IT staff with a variety of IT tasks and duties.

Essential Functions

  • Responding to issues in COSAM academic classrooms to diagnose and resolve issues quickly,
  • Maintaining IT equipment in COSAM academic classrooms,
  • Monitoring the COSAM ticket system and assisting users with various software and hardware issues,
  • Assisting with software installation and upgrades,
  • Assisting with special projects,
  • Keeping the work area clean and organized,
  • Assisting with surplus process of obsolete hardware,
  • Performing other duties under the direction of the IT staff, and
  • Setting working hours around your class schedule.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled student at Auburn University
  • Basic knowledge of IT issues and computer software
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Candidate must be a United States citizen due to ITAR requirements

Preferred Qualifications
Pay Rate $12.00-$15.00/hour
Work Hours 10-20
