  • Estimated annual base pay: $80,800(minimum) - $101,000(midpoint) - $121,200(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Financial Analyst, we have an exciting opportunity for you. This role is responsible for performing financial analysis and business support in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and business needs in support of Corporate Finance. This position requires minimum supervision with the ability to work independently and proactively identify and resolve issues.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Conduct thorough analysis of financial data - whether historical, prospective, or hypothetical - to provide actionable business insights, support strategic decision-making, and assist in future planning.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with key stakeholders to understand their requirements, while clearly presenting and interpreting the outcomes of financial analyses.
  • Create and deliver professional financial presentation materials for use by finance teams and business leaders.
  • Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support decision-making processes, such as those related to product life cycles, capital expenditure evaluations, and make-or-buy assessments.
  • Leverage advanced proficiency in software tools, including Excel, to efficiently gather, organize, and analyze data, ensuring accurate calculations and completion of work documents.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required.
  • 2-5 years of experience conducting a wide range of complex financial analysis activities, including progressively challenging assignments or projects.
  • Familiarity with key computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems, and General Ledger.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations to all organizational levels and guide groups or individuals toward effective solutions.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, using sound logic to resolve issues independently or in collaboration with other tax leaders.
  • Experience in applying lean principles to consistently identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Skilled in reviewing personal and team members' work to ensure accuracy and high standards.
  • A team-oriented mindset, capable of sharing responsibilities and fostering collaboration for the benefit of the organization.
