This position will support the front desk reception area, which is a high-volume customer service environment. Duties will include greeting and assisting a diverse clientele to include students, staff, alumni, community members and employers participating in Career Services hosted events; they will answer a multi-line phone system, schedule various types of meetings and appointments for professional staff utilizing the Outlook calendar system. This position will perform data entry both online and in MS Excel. They will also assist clients with various needs such as, helping students with basic level computer questions, assisting visiting employers with administrative tasks and miscellaneous tasks to support our Career Development Facilitator and Employer Relations teams, as well as to support our events and workshops. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. This is an In-Person, Student Employment position, work-study preferred, 20 hours per week, through Fall 2025, and may be extended through the Spring of 2026.
