Position Summary:

The Supervisor - Mental Health Techs supervises and manages the intervention level function so the nursing unit necessary to provide patient care. Staff development, milieu management, professional behavioral and development training and patient care leadership for the MHT's.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in milieu management; experience working with specialized populations such as victims of human trafficking, LGBTQ+ youth, complex trauma, and substance abuse;

Knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques, knowledge and understanding of mental illness.

Licensure: Must maintain a valid driver's license.
