We are looking for a passionate, detail oriented current college student to join ourDigital team as Fall Marketplace Operations Intern. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to gain hands-on experience in eCommerce operations, specifically within our Marketplace business segment. This is a great opportunity for any Ecommerce/Digital Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, and Finance related majors! Only actively-enrolled college students will be considered.

An intern would work on a part time basis, up to 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday. This is a PAID internship at a rate of $15.50/hour.

As a Fall Marketplace Operations Intern, you will support the Amazon team on a project-based model. This semester, the role will focus on three strategic initiatives, with opportunities to assist on related ad-hoc tasks across the business:

1. GLOBAL MARKETPLACE EXPANSION

Launch All Brands on Amazon Canada:

  • Assist with marketplace readiness and catalog set-up for multiple brands launching on Amazon.ca.
  • Collaborate across teams to gather and organize product data, pricing, and content inputs.
  • Monitor launch timelines and help troubleshoot operational issues.

2. OPERATIONAL TRANSITION

Support a Selling Model Transition:

  • Support the operational transition of a brand to a different selling model on Amazon.
  • Participate in mapping SKU transitions, Amazon processes, and internal setup documentation.
  • Help QA listings and surface data discrepancies that may impact performance.

3. BRAND RELAUNCH

Prepare a Brand Relaunch on Amazon:

  • Support catalog preparation, content optimization, and relisting efforts.
  • Audit product pages and refresh creative content across listings and the Brand Store.
  • Research SEO trends and perform competitive analysis to enhance product discoverability.

Additional Ad-Hoc responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting reporting tasks, such as sales tracking and catalog health audits.
  • Participating in US marketplace content updates and performance reviews.
  • Attending internal team meetings and learning about key eCommerce functions.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in eCommerce/Digital Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn new skills and concepts.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
