TheRochester Knighthawks areseeking a Senior Director of Ticket Salesin Rochester, NY. Reporting to the President & General Manager, the Senior Director of Ticket Sales will oversee all Ticket Sales strategies of the Rochester Knighthawks to achieve sales, retention, and revenue goals for the organization. This individual will also oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Ticket Sales department staff. Responsible for tracking of sales activity metrics and revenue goals on behalf of the Ticket Sales department, along with creating and managing all Ticket Sales packages for the staff to sell. Must work to collaborate with other departments as part of the business operations such as Partnerships, Marketing, Public Relations, Creative Services, Food/Beverage, and Building Operations, to execute the Ticket Sales goals at the highest level.
