Summary:

In this role, you will contribute to revenue growth by providing a variety of reports that include cost analysis, financial analysis, operational analysis, and other data. You will manage the quality assurance process for member spend analysis and reporting. You will develop custom automation solutions based on business needs for senior management, internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

• Produce and analyze member competitive pricing requests.

• Identify opportunities for cost savings, standardization, and efficiencies.

• Review and research potential and identified data issues and develop solutions.

• Serve as the analytics project lead on major and minor projects.

• Interact with senior management, internal and external clients to address and resolve data issues.

• Must demonstrate teamwork and collaboration with customer service orientation.

• Develop, refine, and standardize procedures for data and information analysis and reporting.

• Develop, maintain, and support in-house queue repository.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.

• 2 or more years of relevant experience required.

• Knowledge of healthcare industry, supply chain, and GPO contracting preferred.

• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, SQL, and MS Access (or other database clients).

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Action oriented, high initiative, good problem-solving skills, and independent thinking.

• Ability to collaborate within team and work independently as situation dictates.

Estimated Hiring Range:
