Sales Representative

A Day In The Life:
The role of the Sales Representative is to represent milling team externally to customers of all sizes and work to support their account managers on key accounts and internal teams to reach strategic sales goals, enhance the return on the total business, and deliver the best customer service.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Responsible for selling small corn and masa customers.
* Acts as a lead within the department and handles key customer partners.
* Meet personal sales targets as established annually, incorporating the full range of products/services within identified markets or geography
* Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
* Develop business plans for key customers
* Support supervisors and other sales associates in developing new market opportunities

Skils/Experience Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in agricultural economics, food science or business preferred
* Minimum of one to three years of commodity sales experience preferred but not required
* Proficient in MS Office Suite; basic SAP skills preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
* Must be a self-starter with ability to work on own initiative
