Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Project Manager to lead and oversee the Cyber Resilience Support Services task order under the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) JETS contract. This role involves direct coordination with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Cyber Resilience Management, and other key stakeholders. The Project Manager will operate under the guidance of the Director of Cyber Resilience, Division Chief of Contingency Planning, and Division Chief of Cyber Integration, ensuring successful execution of technical solutions and timely delivery of project milestones.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Cyber Resilience Support task order.
  • Manage all aspects of task order execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Coordinate with Government KO, COR, and other agency representatives to ensure alignment with contract requirements.
  • Lead project teams in implementing cyber resilience strategies and solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards and directives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to Government leadership and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and Government management personnel.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of DoD cybersecurity frameworks and resilience strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience.
  • Must have Project Management certification (i.e. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other recognized certification, etc.).
  • DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level III.
  • Minimum five (5) years relevant experience and 5 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
  • Must have an active DOD Top Secret Clearance at time of proposal submission and be eligible for

    IT-I Critical Sensitive security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with contingency planning and cyber integration initiatives.
