Serve as the primary contact for designated sales territories to address customer inquiries and drive business growth. Deliver quotes and assess application requirements, costing, and manufacturability. Handle key accounts and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues ensuring timely, effective communication. Support order processing and fulfillment by coordinating with sales, marketing, production, shipping, and other departments to address product, delivery, and service matters. Coordinate scheduled shipments, expedite deliveries as needed, and ensure timely order processing. Lead special projects and provide training and mentoring to Customer Service Representatives, Application Specialists, and Sales teams. Identify and recommend sophisticated or custom component replacements to assist customers. Consistently meet team performance goals and key performance indicators.
YOU HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred. 3+ years of customer service in a call center and/or manufacturing environment and 2+ years of technical experience preferred. Understanding of manufacturing processes, product specifications, and technical drawings. Ability to interpret sophisticated product documentation and apply technical knowledge to support customer needs.

nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $62,900.00 - $116,900.00
