We are currently seeking a Computer Systems Analyst, Journeyman in the Patuxent, Maryland location. The Computer Systems Analyst is to support a position within the PMA-261 CH-53 Program Office. The Computer Systems Analyst will analyze business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations.

Requirements:

Specific duties include but are not limited to the following:

* Resolving end users IT hardware and software related issues that do not require NMCI help desk involvement.

* Creating and maintaining customer relations ensuring the POC is aware of their customer base and the customers are aware of whom their NMCI POC is.

* Creating and maintaining employee and seat order data within NET (or NMCI ordering system) including creating profiles for new employees, ordering new seats, transferring assets, and terminating seats as required. (*Note: The base check-in/out form has been updated to request verifications from the NMCI POC that they have been notified of the need to order/transfer/cancel an NMCI seat.)

* Maintaining effective communication with other NMCI POCs especially as employees move throughout the organization.

* Following procedures for CLIN ordering outside of NET to support specific Competency/PMA requirements.

* Maintaining a working knowledge of proper NET procedures through attendance of training sessions and communication with NAVAIR CTR Staff members.

* Familiarization with the NAVAIR NMCI Portal and NMCI Websites.

* Familiarization with the NAVAIR NMCI CTR Team Charter.

* Working with Competency/PMA Manager, Financial Approver, and site CTR Team in addition to following NMCI business rules and other guidance/directives provided by the NAVAIR CTR to ensure seat orders are cost effective and accurate.

* Responding to data calls in accordance with specific directions provided.

Required Education: BA/BS

Allowable Substitutions: The following substitutions are permitted for this task order:

* Associate's degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelors degree

OR

* Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.

Required Experience: Journeyman - 3 - 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the Job description.

Desired Experience: At least 3 years of demonstrated NAVAIR experience managing and coordinating NMCI equipment.

Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $68,090.42-$102,135.62 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
