Position Description


  • Execute post sale estimating duties which include reviewing and finalizing project budgets and revenue schedules. This task also includes matching up the proposal, estimate and PO/contract, regarding value and scope of work. Once the review and adjustments are complete the data is uploaded into the ERP database (CSI9/CloudSuite Industrial 9.0). Attend all project "kickoff" meetings



  • Support the project managers throughout the life cycle of the project, most often through the execution of change orders, including budget and revenue value adjustments in the database (CSI9)



  • Manage reports that communicate the expected demand from sales to manufacturing for planning purposes




Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Detail oriented, analytical, & critical thinking skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Self starter, takes initiative


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP databases, especially Cloud Suite Industrial
  • Associate's degree
  • Experience in the construction industry and/or manufacturing
