Our growing Crane Division plays a critical role providing safe and efficient lifting services that make our projects, and our clients' visions, possible. We're looking for a skilled, safety-focused Crane Operator who can help us continue delivering top-quality results for our clients. As our Crane Operator, you'll be trusted to handle high-value equipment and materials with precision, while communicating clearly and working seamlessly with riggers, ground crews, and site supervisors. Your work will directly contribute to keeping projects on schedule, teams safe, and clients satisfied.

What You'll Do
  • Operate mobile cranes in compliance with safety regulations and load charts.
  • Interpret and apply crane load charts, rigging techniques, and hand signals.
  • Set up, position, stabilize, and dismantle cranes as site conditions require.
  • Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Transport cranes and assist with setup across job sites.
  • Lift roofing materials, HVAC units, trusses, steel, and other construction components.
  • Maintain accurate lift documentation and logbooks.
  • Operate additional equipment (forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts).
  • Assist with deliveries, routine maintenance, and job site support tasks.
  • Keep crane equipment clean, organized, and well-maintained.


What You Bring
  • Valid NCCCO (or equivalent) crane operator certification.
  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • Strong safety mindset and proven safe work practices.
  • Exceptional attendance and reliability.
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role.
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to wearing and maintaining required PPE.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 70 pounds.Must be able to operate crane controls including depressing buttons and foot pedals. Standard physical and agility test must be passed to obtain this position.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time non-exempt position. Normal business hours will vary depending on the season. Some weekends and travel may be required. Start time will be determined based on season and schedule.
