How you will make history here...

  • Lead the day-to-day management of the North American Foodservice (NAFS) distributor label frozen portfolio - Frozen Soup & Entrees

  • Partner with field sales to implement portfolio strategy and drive growth.

  • Interpret and communicate business results to drive strategic decisions.

  • Engage directly with key foodservice customers and executives to build trust and deliver value.

  • Independently manage brand volume forecasting and product innovation.

  • Launch new products and improve existing ones through the Stage Gate process.

  • Lead cross-functional projects and ensure timely, on-budget execution.

What you will do...

  • Customer/Brand Strategy:

  • Develop competitive category strategies and identify growth drivers and context in which Frozen Soup & Entree portfolios can compete

  • Connect long-term strategic vision with evolving market conditions to assist our key customers understand how and when to evolve with operators / consumers

  • Insights into Action:

  • Advance actionable insights into demand drivers.

  • Co-develop targeted selling propositions with sales using consumer, category and competitive insights.

  • Develop an in-depth and on-going analysis of sales trends by product line, distributor, and region - identify growth opportunities to grow topline and profit.

  • Innovation/Commercialization:

  • Lead end-to-end product initiatives from concept to in market execution inclusive of new product innovation and product improvements via stage gate process.

  • Lead cross-functional teams, project manage and track commercialization projects according to business need and prioritization.

  • Communicate project status and opportunities to marketing and leadership.

  • Integrated Business Planning and Delivery:

  • Develop, manage and execute customer-specific marketing activities to boost sales and profitability.

  • Lead development of sales/brand inputs to monthly Integrated Business Planning process.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create business recommendations.

  • Sales and Customer Partnership:

  • Support sales and our distributor partners through building relationships and fostering trust.

  • Communicate directly with our distributor partners (both in-person and virtually) with project updates, approvals needed and business needs.

What you bring to the table... (Must Have)

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in CPG and/or Foodservice

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Leadership skills to drive alignment and direction

  • Project management expertise and ability to multitask

  • Ability to analyze data and make tactical business decisions

It would be nice if you have... (Nice to Have)

  • MBA strongly preferred

  • Digital marketing experience

  • Experience with consumption data and analytical interpretation

  • Curiosity and a proactive, test-and-learn mindset

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$115,300-$165,700

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
