SUMMARY:The Site Lead will be responsible for overall success of the security program for their assigned installation. They are responsible for overseeing all aspects of Guard Services including the associated administrative functions; including but not limited to the conduct, performance, appearance, coordinating training, and scheduling of all assigned personnel. The Site Lead will inspect employees to ensure they are fit for duty and are in compliance with all established dress and appearance standards, and have in their possession all required weapons, ammunition, equipment, and credentials. Additionally, the Site Lead is responsible for interacting and coordinating all activities, complaints, incidents, and deviations of established procedures with the Director of Security Services, Union Representatives (if applicable), and the local Government Security representative. Applicants selected will be subject to a background/security investigation and must be drug free and remain drug free during period of employment This position reports directly to the Director of Security Services, Tatitlek Federal Services, Inc. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
