JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION Prescribes and follows routine maintenance plans for facilities, amenities, and greenspace of the parks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS Education Level High school education or equivalent. Years of Experience Minimum knowledge equivalent of three years of related experience in the principles and practice of either facility maintenance (carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc) or park maintenance (landscaping, turf management, irrigation, etc). Certification/Licensure Valid Indiana Driver's License.
