Your Impact:

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be the go-to for keeping our property running smoothly. You'll be responsible for:


  • Providing direction and support to the Maintenance staff.
  • Preparing apartments for new residents and maintaining curb appeal.
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Complete part ordering through OPS system.
  • Oversee the management of maintenance.
  • Collaborating with vendors and supporting property team as needed.



What You'll Bring:


  • Previous maintenance experience required.
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and experience in servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing a variety of items such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, standard appliances.
  • HVAC EPA (Type II or Universal) and CPO certification preferred, or willing to obtain
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem solving skills
  • Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
  • Good teamwork and leadership skills.
