Your Impact:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be the go-to for keeping our property running smoothly. You'll be responsible for:
- Providing direction and support to the Maintenance staff.
- Preparing apartments for new residents and maintaining curb appeal.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Complete part ordering through OPS system.
- Oversee the management of maintenance.
- Collaborating with vendors and supporting property team as needed.
What You'll Bring:
- Previous maintenance experience required.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and experience in servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing a variety of items such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, standard appliances.
- HVAC EPA (Type II or Universal) and CPO certification preferred, or willing to obtain
- Strong communication, time management, and problem solving skills
- Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
- Good teamwork and leadership skills.
