JOB SUMMARY:

The position reports to the Manager, Financial Reporting and works closely with teams within Corporate Controllership, including Consolidations, Corporate Accounting, Technical Accounting, FP&A, Systems, and with other Corporate functions, including segment finance, investor relations, legal and human resources.

This position plays a key role in the preparation of various SEC filings, developing and enhancing policies and procedures as well as participating in business-critical projects involving transformation. There will be opportunities for continuous learning and development, and we are passionate about coaching, mentoring and supporting team members.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting (within Corporate Controllership Group)

        • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC 606 Revenue Recognition and ASC 805 Business Combinations.
        • Public accounting experience, emphasis on SEC clients preferred.
        • Undergraduate accounting or finance degree required.
        • CPA preferred or working towards it.
        • 3 to 5 years total experience.
        • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
        • Able to manage multiple, competing priorities.
        • Strong problem-solving skills with analytical and forward-thinking mindset.
        • Self-motivated team player who can build good working relationships with business partners, strong work ethic, positive attitude, and drive to succeed.
        • Ability and desire to thrive in a high-caliber and continually improving environment, with accountability and ownership of processes from beginning to completion.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

        • Cross-functional role focusing on technical accounting & external reporting, as well as operational initiatives.
        • Prepare and file Form 10Q, Form 10K, Form 11K and other documents filed with the SEC, including interacting with investor relations to support the preparation and review of press release, investor supplement and investor presentation.
        • Assist with internal reporting and analysis.
        • Assist with the adoption of new accounting pronouncements, changes in disclosure requirements and other GAAP/SEC implementation matters, including researching specific technical accounting matters as they arise.
        • Assist with the development and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures for company-wide use.
        • Prepare and maintain equity compensation (stock grants) accounting records in compliance with ASC 718.
        • Provide support for annual 401K and pension audits.
        • Assist team with periodic audit related questions and requests from auditors.
        • Assist in digital transformation projects and other initiatives.
        • Review quarterly XBRL tagging process.

Work Arrangement : Hybrid

Pay Range: $96,000.00 - $106,000.00 annually

Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
