We are currently seeking a Bilingual Security Access Administrator (English & Korean) to join our new and dynamic team in Clarksville, TN as part of the Business Administration Team! You will be responsible for the day-to-day facility security as well as systems security by implementing, communicating, and monitoring the factory security operations. This position starts at $60,000.00 annually Responsibilities: Planning : Team Expense and budget management Report and make recommendations to Senior Management regarding projects as it relates to business facilities and security processes Ensure implementation of effective facility and security management processes across the business. Act as first point of contact Effectively communicate with service providers and contractors to ensure compliance with company policy and procedures Monitor and report on C-TPAT compliance Security training for employees IT Equipment(PC, Laptop) security Management Factory CCTV and physical security equipment management Gate Security Staff Management Prepare monthly reports per HQ guidelines Monitor security systems. Report any non-compliance findings Supports other inter-department functions as needed IT Security experiences a plus. Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Network Communication, Information Technology, or Computer Science preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills An ability to learn new technologies quickly Must have strong communication skills both verbal and written. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Some local/international travel Ability to build relationships with others Ability to work autonomously and as part of the team Bilingual (English/Korean) in assistance with communication with HQ.
