Your Opportunity as the Director, Marketing - Cafe Bustelo The Director of Marketing - Cafe Bustelo is responsible for setting the vision and strategy for the Cafe Bustelo brand. This individual is responsible for developing annual operating plans, innovation goals and objectives, and marketing communication strategies and plans for one of the fastest growing brands in the coffee category. The Director has P&L responsibility for the Cafe Bustelo portfolio and will oversee the day-to-day management and decision making. The Director will lead a dedicated brand team and will work closely with multiple functional partners to develop and execute the plan. They will lead with a General Manager mindset, balancing the need for creativity and an entrepreneurial approach with strategy and discipline. Location: Orrville, Corporate Offices Work Arrangements: Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires In this role you will:
Develop and implement the long-term strategy of the Cafe Bustelo brand to drive significant brand growth and market share gains Oversee the development, execution and optimization of holistic integrated marketing campaigns that leverage the brand's authentic Latin heritage to drive continued expansion and growth across diverse consumer groups Partner with Innovation to develop and manage a multi-year innovation pipeline linked to the brand strategy Be the Cafe Bustelo brand champion both internally and externally to drive brand momentum and breakdown barriers Implement and drive the strategic initiatives, objectives and budget for the brand Deliver annual and long-term brand financial goals (P&L) and key brand health KPI's Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Research & Development, Insights, Brand Experience, Operations, and Finance, to achieve business objectives. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions Lead with a General Management mindset, balancing the need for creativity and an entrepreneurial approach with strategy and discipline Partner with Revenue Growth Management and Net Revenue Optimization teams to execute pricing changes and optimize product availability and price to maximize net revenue Coach, develop and motivate a high-performing team of three individuals fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

A bachelor's degree 10 years of CPG marketing experience Proven track record of delivering topline growth through demand creation (marketing and innovation) Prior experience working on Hispanic brands or brands that specifically target Hispanic consumers combined with awareness of culture, traditions and values for Hispanic consumers Experience developing long-term strategy and annual business plans Experience owning a P&L and managing a marketing budget Experience leading well-established consumer brands Proven experience developing, inspiring, and activating teams to deliver best in class results Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Highly collaborative mindset; team player Must be able and willing to regularly travel within the US approximately 20% of the time
