Your Opportunity as Education and Training Leader Location: Arkadelphia, AR Work Arrangements: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm In this role you will:
- This role will play a critical role in the day-to-day learning and development activities
- This role is responsible for assessing and identifying development opportunities and executing training needs across the organization
- Actively searches, creatively designs, and implements effective methods to educate employees, and enhance performance
- Build and maintain annual strategy to develop, execute and maintain annual compliance training to meet organizational needs
- Collaborate with operations, quality, maintenance, safety, logistics leaders to understand their needs related to training and development by proactively interfacing with key stakeholders in order to understand, recommend and deploy effective solutions
- Trains and coaches' managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts
- Own and maintains E&T scorecard, monthly Results, and E&T skills matrix
- Point of contact with corporate for all company E&T initiatives
- Identify E&T standardization, consistency, and implement best practices
- Facilitate E&T skill building and meeting on regular cadence
- Facilitate all step-up card revisions, getting approval from key stakeholders
- Own, record, and manage Step-up card and qualification process
- Own and facilitate all computer qualification testing and training
- Owns master copies of all operator manuals, working closely with EO's to keep material up to date
- Maintain personnel training records and reports

- Develop and maintain onboarding curriculum and process
- Develop site vision for training systems and standards
- Work with project leadership teams on Technology Training and Transfer (TT&T)
- Lead Education & Training Pillar
- Support Operations Excellence Systems Efforts

- A Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience implementing employee development systems
- Ability to work under limited supervision while managing multiple priorities and projects
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, electronic learning platforms, workshops...)
- Ability to design and implement effective training and development
- Strong Organizational skills
- Experience facilitating meetings and strong presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Experience leading, teaching and coaching others
- Highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment where managing internal and external expectations is critical

- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Minimum of 2 years manufacturing
