In this role, you will identify high-impact opportunities to embed artificial intelligence into our products to elevate the user experience-whether through personalization, intelligent automation, or next-generation interaction models.

You will work cross-functionally with product leaders, engineering, design, client care and sales, to translate real-world pain points into AI-native solutions. This role combines user-centric product thinking with a strong understanding of what's possible (and practical) with today's generative AI systems. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of AI engineers, fullstack developers, and designers to bring these experiences to life.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

* AI Opportunity Discovery & Strategy: Proactively identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities for AI integration across the platform through user research, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking. Champion the AI product vision and roadmap with clear alignment to business value.
* Cross-functional Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the voice of the user and key liaison between engineering, client care, sales, and product leadership. Conduct research, gather insights, and synthesize feedback into actionable product requirements. Build trust and credibility by balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
* Execution Leadership: Own the full lifecycle of AI product initiatives-from discovery and scoping through delivery and iteration. Drive teams toward clear milestones while removing blockers and clarifying scope. Define release criteria and success metrics to ensure product quality and measurable impact. Conduct post-launch analysis and iteration cycles to continuously improve the product based on real-world performance.
* Applied AI System Understanding: Work closely with engineering to design, validate, and refine systems such as recommendation engines, LLM-powered agents, and RAG pipelines. Ensure model outputs align with user expectations and regulatory requirements.
* Team Management & Development: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team. Set clear goals, manage performance, and support professional growth across engineering and design functions.

YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
* Demonstrated experience identifying product opportunities that leverage AI/ML technologies. Ability to balance blue-sky vision with incremental delivery.
* Understanding of AI system design, including recommendation engines, RAG, agents, LLM pipelines, and evaluation techniques. Can converse fluently with engineers and data scientists.
* Experience with agile development process, business planning and go to market of new products
* Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize user needs and translate technical ideas into user and business value. Comfort collaborating across sales, support, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
* Skilled in qualitative and quantitative research methods. Advocates for user empathy and works closely with designers to translate insights into delightful product experiences.
* Experienced in managing diverse, high-performing teams across engineering and design. Builds trust and clarity across roles and disciplines. Very strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve results through influence.
* 10+ years in product management with at least 1 year focused on AI-enabled or data-rich products. Demonstrated success launching production-grade AI systems.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Design, Business, or a related field.

IDEALY YOU WILL HAVE:
* Prior experience with LLM applications, AI agents, or personalization at scale is a strong plus.
