The Sr. Director, Operations is responsible for leading business unit operations, including process improvements, financials, and operational management. The scope of this job includes portfolio or program management oversight in order to deliver on organizational key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) and achieve optimal business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and lead financial, operational, and governance programs that align with corporate objectives.
  • Create a regimen of continuous process improvement, and manage process curriculum, including strategic plans, to drive operational KPIs and OKRs.
  • Drive key operational programs and projects from inception through implementation.
  • Ensure new initiatives are fully vetted, launched, and meet the business's needs and deadlines.
  • Develop and refine frameworks to ensure effective execution of organizational strategies and objectives across multiple business units or functions.
  • Enhance financial systems and processes to support comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 10-12 years of relevant work experience
  • At least 5-6 years of relevant management work experience

Job Expectations

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
