ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Wealth Management Revenue Analyst is responsible for Wealth Management and Alerus Retirement and Benefits revenue. This position will maintain knowledge on revenue functions and regulatory requirements along with performing the due diligence needed to ensure complete and accurate system processing. This position will maintain a client focus and will partner with sales team members to deliver a superior client experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:



  • Analysis of Wealth Management and Alerus RB systems, services and processes.
  • Monitor SLAs and key performance indicators and remediate undesirable outcomes and deficiencies.
  • Compile and distribute division revenue reports.
  • Serve as administrator of systems supporting Wealth Management and ARB Revenue.
  • Act as a liaison to ARB and Wealth Management Sales staff and Retirement Specialists in support of Advisor and Third-Party Administrator (TPA).
  • Fund revenue and plan/participant fee set-up and validation, processing, invoicing, payment processing, communication and training for Wealth Management and ARB revenue.
  • Creation of statements and initiation of payment to Advisors and TPAs.
  • Oversee the creation of distribution of plan and participant disclosures.
  • Balancing and report generation to determine plan and division profitability.
  • Maintain up to date procedures as it pertains to the position and record in the appropriate system.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance the client experience and build scale.


WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:



  • College degree required. Accounting, business or finance degrees preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in wealth management.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience using trust and/or participant accounting systems or equivalent proficiency.
  • High level of commitment to accuracy and detail.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage high volume, time sensitive transactions and situations.
  • Experience in system management, evaluating and testing system upgrades.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to provide support and training.
  • Ability to lead and carry out the work of revenue programs and projects, to include availability to work after hours to support business needs.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to accept, support and implement continuous change.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work is typically performed in an office setting. The employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to move about the office utilizing proper ergonomic safeguards when doing so. Additionally, the employee must occasionally lift or move supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.

    BASE PAY RANGE:

    $34 - $36 per hour
