The team of professionals specializes in eye health examinations, ocular disease management, pediatric eye care, specialty contact lenses, and surgical co-management. To support ongoing business growth of the Corvallis location, the practice is looking to add an Optometrist to the team of 25 employees. What you'll do: Caring for patients full-time, you'll perform comprehensive eye exams, recommend vision-enhancing products, and educate patients about their ocular health. To ensure optimal eye health, you'll have access to the newest equipment, including Optos and OCT. You'll also collaborate closely with a team of seven clinical professionals, contributing to a patient-centered environment that emphasizes education, prevention, and personalized care plans. Who we're seeking: All Family Vision Care is seeking an Optometrist who is dedicated to delivering exceptional eye care services while building strong relationships with patients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and possesses excellent clinical and communication skills, both verbal and written. You should have the necessary clinical expertise to accurately assess and diagnose a range of vision and eye health issues, ensuring that patients receive the appropriate treatment. Strong communication skills are vital for clearly and compassionately conveying complex medical information to patients of all ages. Additionally, proficiency in electronic health records is important for efficient documentation and coordination of care within the clinic. Preferred qualifications include experience in specialty areas and knowledge of advanced diagnostic tools, allowing for comprehensive and tailored care. Cultural competency and bilingual abilities are also desirable, as they enhance patient engagement and satisfaction in a diverse community.
