The Senior Manager, Restaurant PMO will act as a project leader across several critical initiatives within DINE's portfolio of owned and franchised restaurants. While specific projects are likely to evolve over time to match business needs, key initial responsibilities will include:
These projects will require significant agility, the ability to be highly self-directed, and a comfort in working cross-functionally across a wide range of teams, leaders, and topics. Excellent communication and organizational skills will be needed to effectively coordinate with the wide array of internal and external stakeholders as well as keeping leadership informed. This role will have the opportunity to work across all of DINE's brands, and this leader must be willing to dive deeply into the nuances of each brand to ensure success of their initiatives.
