The Must-Haves:
  • High School Diploma
  • 4-8 years experience in related field, with a focus in engineering
  • Leadership experience
  • Flexible schedule
  • The ability to use MS Office with advance excel, word, outlook, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Ability to read and write in the English language
Your Mission in Motion:
  • Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the company safety program.
  • Responsible for determining the divisions of tasks by region and building maintenance managers.
  • Coordinates regional and local projects with maintenance teams and vendors.
  • Establishes KPI's Analytics, through the proper usage of the company CMMS. Enforces the teams' proper inputs and usage of the company CMMS.
  • Establishes relationships with vendors and coordinates work through established vendor contracts.
  • Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities based on work priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of personnel.
  • Maintains all internal and external facilities and equipment for proper operation and safety in adherence to the preventive maintenance program.
  • Timely respond to requests for processing facility problems which are affecting the production operation.
  • Maintain and purchase an adequate inventory of required spare parts, materials, and equipment for preventive and corrective maintenance purposes.
  • Implement all maintenance projects and machinery installations as defined by management.
  • Obtain and maintain complete, proper, and up-to-date documentation applicable to machine and facility service, maintenance and preventive maintenance.
  • Perform any other task or assignment as deemed necessary by the organization.
