Your tasks

Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Application Management Intern to support a strategic project aimed at defining, planning, and implementing a centralized Application Management System for the Americas region. The solution will be developed primarily in Microsoft SharePoint, potentially enhanced with Power Automate integrations.

The intern will play a critical role in:

Designing the processes for collecting and maintaining information on all applications in use across the region.

Establishing procedures to ensure the system remains accurate and up to date.

Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

This is a hands-on role that combines process design, system configuration, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver a sustainable, future-ready application management platform.

Responsibilities:

Work with stakeholders to define requirements for the Application Management System.

Design and document processes for collecting, updating, and maintaining application information.

Develop workflows, forms, and data structures in Microsoft SharePoint to support the system.

Explore and implement Power Automate solutions to enhance automation and efficiency.

Create clear documentation for processes, configurations, and maintenance procedures.

Support testing and validation of the system before launch.

Train relevant teams on system use and process adherence.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure alignment with operational needs and compliance requirements.

Your qualifications

Education and Experience:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Foundational knowledge of IT concepts, databases, workflows, and security principles.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Power Automate (preferred, but not required).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, project-focused environment.
