UAT Analyst - End-to-End Test & Automation (7+ years experience)

User Acceptance Testing Team

This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Cupertino, CA.

Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced UAT Analyst to join our User Acceptance Testing team. This role focuses on executing and tracking validation efforts for mobile systems, developing robust test automation frameworks, and ensuring comprehensive coverage across end-to-end systems. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality mobile experiences by partnering with cross-functional engineering and product teams.

Our Ideal Candidate

  7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or User Acceptance Testing, including 5 years in test automation for end-to-end systems

  Passion for mobile technology and large-scale system validation with a strong foundation in automation frameworks and test strategy

  Proficient in Python, Swift, Selenium, Appium, and iOS automation

  
  
• 
  

  Familiar with native mobile application validation, on-device messaging, and end-to-end testing across multiple integrated applications

  Skilled in collaborating with engineering, product, and data teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently

  
  
• 
  

  Able to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, and prioritize feature and campaign testing

  Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and project timelines

  Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail

  Experience with tools such as Charles, GIT, Jenkins, and knowledge of CI/CD integrations is a plus

  
  

Job Description

In this role, you will independently execute and track testing and validation efforts for mobile applications and systems. You'll partner with engineering and product teams to develop test strategies, create automation scripts, and deliver end-to-end testing for both existing and new features. This includes writing and maintaining automated tests for iOS platforms, performing on-device user experience validation, documenting test results, and communicating status updates through reports and metrics.

You will also maintain test plans, coverage documentation, and defect tracking to ensure timely resolution of issues, supporting the UAT team's overall success in delivering high-quality user experiences.

Education and Experience

  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

  Background in mobile application testing, automation framework design, and quality assurance best practices

  Preferred experience in data analytics automation and data reporting across multiple systems

The pay for this W-2 position is $78 per hour.
