Your role

At Edwards - General Vacuum Europe, part of Atlas Copco, we're seeking a committed Inside Service Sales Engineer. Your mission is to drive sales and profitability of parts and service across the territory by promoting solutions to new and existing customers. Based in at our Brno site in Czech Republic, you'll work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, support business growth, and help customers advance along the service ladder-all in line with our strategic goals

You will

  • Create and update customer profiles and databases.
  • Handle phone and in-person sales; refer leads to external sales as needed.
  • Make outbound calls to existing, lapsed, and prospective customers.
  • Identify upselling opportunities to support the sales team and increase customer share.
  • Maintain strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with sales administration tasks.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships with excellent after-sales service.
  • Provide accurate sales data, including quote lead times, order ratios, and lost order reports.
  • Keep the CRM system updated to ensure a complete customer view.
  • Attend training to enhance product and sales knowledge.
  • Follow all health and safety policies.
  • Support marketing campaigns and ad-hoc projects.
  • Cross-sell relevant services to customers.
  • Provide backup support for Service Administration during absences.

Experience & Knowledge
  • Ideally 3 years experience in sales or sales support
  • Skilled in objection handling and phone sales
  • Strong time and schedule management

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Atlas Copco office in Brno, Czech Republic.
