Description MaineHealth Behavioral Health Clerical/Administrative Support Req #: 43601 For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for Patient Service Representatives and Specialists! Current MaineHealth employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth employees are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment. Summary: MaineHealth Behavioral Health \| MaineHealth The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned. This position is at our administrative office for our Behavioral Health department This position entails answering high incoming call volumes, support in managing referrals, and ensuring a compassionate experience for all patients Based out of Westbrook Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM Hybrid position - must reside in Maine locate to Westbrook EPIC or scheduling experience is a plus! Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. License/Certifications: N/A Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
