For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for Patient Service Representatives and Specialists!

Current MaineHealth employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth employees are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Summary:

MaineHealth Behavioral Health | MaineHealth

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned.

  • This position is at our administrative office for our Behavioral Health department
  • This position entails answering high incoming call volumes, support in managing referrals, and ensuring a compassionate experience for all patients
  • Based out of Westbrook
  • Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
  • Hybrid position - must reside in Maine locate to Westbrook
  • EPIC or scheduling experience is a plus!

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
