The salary range for this role, based in Chicago, is $138,952.00 to $173,690.00. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Position Summary

TheSenior Finance Manager, Pricing - Control Statesis a pivotal role within the PRUSA Commercial organization, supporting the Control States market. This position acts as a strategic partner to the Division Field Sales team and plays a key role in managing the market's P&L, overseeing spending and driving reporting and analysis. It collaborates closely with distributor finance teams (where applicable) and manages distributor budgets across the market.

In addition to its strategic and operational responsibilities, this rolemanages a team of three Finance Managers, providing leadership, guidance, and development to ensure high performance and alignment with business objectives.

The Senior Finance Manager also supports the Senior Revenue Growth Manager by ensuring pricing program processes are well-established, compliance with strategic guidelines is maintained, and performance is tracked to enable informed decision-making. This role leads month-end close activities, including accruals, validation of price support, and processing

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute commercial and financial strategies to achieve Net Sales targets.
  • Oversee market-level budget management, ensuring accuracy and accountability across SPD, A&P, EG, and LMF spend categories.
  • Lead forecasting and reporting efforts, including YTD variance outlooks and profitability analyses by market, customer, and brand.
  • Deliver actionable insights and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead, coach, and develop divisional and in-market finance teams to foster growth and operational excellence.
  • Manage and monitor month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Partner with the Sr Director of Finance, Pricing & Analytics and HQ Finance Team on Latest Estimates and Annual Operating Plan development.
  • Support the Senior Revenue Growth Manager by owning end-to-end pricing processes-from opportunity identification and program development to proposal evaluation, distributor alignment, performance tracking, and compliance management.
  • Maintain division-level approval authority for performance reporting, spend tracking, and forecasting.
  • Review and approve performance commentary from Field Finance and Analytics Managers, while providing strategic division-level insights.
  • Serve as the Business Lead for PRUSA's data governance initiatives, where applicable.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and legal compliance standards.

Qualifications

Education: Requires a BS/BA degree, MBA preferred

Experience/Background:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience; preferred combination of financial planning and field/industry experience.
  • Extensive experience with business systems (Essbase, JDE, OBI, PBI) and Microsoft applications (Excel, Power Point, Word).
  • Pricing and commercial analytics experience is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to build great relationships and partner with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, help identify areas of process improvement and provide solutions, able to generate insights from data.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and to influence others with strong interpersonal skills.

Travel: 25% of time (distributor meetings, team meetings and activities, market surveys, off-site training, etc.).
