Hours: Sunday 7am start time Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9am start time Thursday 7am start time Friday and Saturday off As a Receiver you are responsible for performing given Receiving, Shipments and Production assignments to assist in the achieving the performance targets for the factory. The job function is to accurately organize, count and manager all ingredients and shipments. Principle Activities/Duties-
- Need to be certified in Power Pallet & Fork lifts.
- Maintain work area in a clean, safe, and orderly manner and interact with various production personnel.
- Receive stock and rotate resale items and ingredients .Ensure that FIFO is being followed..
- Enforce and follow Panera's allergen protocols.
- Monitor cooler temperature and humidity, ensuring within Panera standards
- Report any changes or problems with refrigeration units immediately to Leadership Team
- Complete all paperwork accurately (Receiving logs, all inventory count sheets, trailer inspection and sanitation forms, Produce Inspection and Tablet, etc.).
- Participate in daily clean-up of equipment and work areas
- Any other duties as assigned by the Leadership Team

Qualified applicants will have:
- High school or vocational school degree or equivalent with three years manufacturing within a food industry background is preferred.
Must have proven organization skills and forklift certification. Be highly motivated, have an attention to detail and take initiative. Able to perform hands-on, physical tasks and show the ability to work at a steady and quick pace.
You must meet the following physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Able to manipulate equipment utilizing manual dexterity
- Able to stand, walk, squat, and sit for long periods of time
- Able to understand written and verbal instructions
- Able to push and lift items with varying degrees of weight. Lift and carry up to 52 lb.
- Able to perform repetitive motions with upper extremities.
