Job Summary

As the Assistant Director of HCM Operations Support, you will play a critical role in assisting the Director of HCM Operations Support in shaping and executing our HR technology strategy. You will support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR technology solutions to enhance workforce management capabilities using Workday and UKG Workforce Management. Key responsibilities include HR Technology Strategy, Technology Implementation, Vendor Management, Project Support, Data Management, Reporting and Analytics, Stakeholder Engagement, Training and Documentation, Change Management, Compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

- 4-6 years of experience in HR technology or a related role.

- Familiarity with HR technology systems, including but not limited to Workday and UKG Workforce Management.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Project management experience is a plus.

- Knowledge of HR best practices and relevant regulations.

Skills Needed

1. HR Technology Systems: Experience with HR technology systems, particularly Workday and Kronos.

2. Data Management: Basic understanding of HR data management and data integrity.

3. Project Support: Project management skills or experience in supporting projects.

4. Data Analysis: Basic data analysis skills to support reporting and analytics efforts.

5. Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to work collaboratively with HR leaders and IT teams.

6. Change Management: Awareness of change management principles and practices.
